If you buy a ticket you will enter the website of a third party, please note we have no control about the way they handle your personal data. Please check the privacy statement at that website.
We will receive your personal data, including your name, (e-mail)address, job title, company name via the ticketing office and will process this information for the performance of the contract with you. You are required to provide the personal data to the ticketing office in order to enter into a contract with us.
If you join our events, we will provide you with relevant information regarding the event and upcoming events per e-mail. We have legal ground for processing this personal data, since the information regarding the event is necessary for the performance of the contract with you. You are required to provide the personal data to the ticketing office for this purpose.
We have a legitimate interest to contact all participants with relevant information regarding the event and upcoming events, since it is necessary for the performance of our business to inform people about our events and we consider upcoming events as similar services provided to you. You are not required to provide the personal data to us for this purpose and you are able to opt-out at any moment from these e-mails.
Also, if you join our events, please note that:
we share your name, function and contact details with our sponsors in order for the sponsors to contact you with relevant information. We have a legitimate interest to provide such information to our sponsors, since it is necessary for the performance of our business.
