Celebrating 10 Years of Legal Innovation
Lexpo’26 marks the 10-year anniversary of Europe’s leading legal innovation event. Since its launch in 2016, Lexpo has become the premier gathering for the Continental European legal community, bringing together forward-thinking law firms, in-house legal teams, and technology providers in Amsterdam.
On 8 & 9 June 2026, Lexpo celebrates a decade of shaping the future of the legal industry through innovation, legal technology, and digital transformation. This milestone edition will highlight both the promise of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, and the central role of people in making digitalisation truly successful.
Lexpo’26 is about more than showcasing tools — it’s about building the culture, mindset, and strategic alignment needed for lasting digital transformation. Join us in Amsterdam for this milestone edition and be part of the next chapter in legal innovation.
Dutch Bar Association
Dutch lawyers can earn PO-points at Lexpo, contributing to the professional development requirements of the Dutch Bar Association (NOvA). Participants earn 1 PO-point per hour of sessions attended, excluding breaks. To ensure correct accreditation, attendees must sign in on arrival and sign out on departure. After the event, a Certificate of Attendance will be issued.
The NOvA leaves it to lawyers to determine which Lexpo sessions contribute to their professional competence, allowing them to choose sessions that best support their development.

The Human Advantage
In a legal innovation landscape defined by relentless technological advancement, one truth stands out: successful transformation depends on people, not products. As AI, automation, and smarter tools become integral to legal work, the most significant differentiator is not the technology itself but the ability of organisations to adopt it effectively, integrate it into everyday practice, and lead their people through continual change. The Human Advantage explores how law firms and in-house teams can unlock the full potential of their people to drive meaningful, sustainable innovation.
This theme focuses sharply on the mindsets, behaviours, and change-management capabilities required for technology adoption to succeed. It examines how teams build trust in new systems, overcome resistance, reshape workflows, and collaborate across functions to embed new tools into the fabric of legal service delivery. As AI accelerates routine tasks, human skills—empathy, critical thinking, judgement, communication—become even more essential for guiding implementation, ensuring responsible use, and translating technical capability into client value.
The Human Advantage also addresses how organisations can invest in skills development, digital literacy, and leadership at every level to support continuous improvement. It explores what it takes to keep people engaged, motivated, and connected amid constant transformation and information overload. Ultimately, this theme emphasises that the future of legal work depends not just on acquiring innovative tools, but on developing smarter, more adaptable teams who can adopt them well, evolve with them, and transform them into meaningful outcomes for clients.
More themes will be announced soon.
