Lexpo'25 - June 16th & 17th
Lexpo is the premier event dedicated to reshaping the future of the legal industry through innovation and (legal) technology. Hosted in Amsterdam, Lexpo'25 is designed for forward-thinking law firms and in-house corporate legal departments ready to embrace the next wave of legal transformation.
In today’s rapidly evolving legal industry, systems like Document Management (DM), Practice Management (PM), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) house the majority of a law firm’s data. These three core systems form the backbone of seamless operations, enhancing compliance, safeguarding sensitive information, optimising productivity, and driving client satisfaction. More importantly, they provide the foundation for leveraging advanced technologies that deliver deeper insights, improve client engagement, and boost overall business intelligence.
To fully unlock the potential of modern legal technology, these core systems must be thoughtfully implemented and designed to be future-proof. As the foundation for emerging Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, these systems must handle well-structured data, which is critical to harnessing AI's transformative capabilities.
IA before AI
Prioritising Information Architecture (IA) before Artificial Intelligence (AI) ensures your firm’s data is organised, accessible, and ready to fuel the next wave of legal innovation. At Lexpo'25, we’ll explore why "IA before AI" is essential for firms aiming to capitalise on advanced technologies and position themselves for long-term success.
Discover how modern solutions streamline workflows, secure sensitive data, and revolutionise case and client management, enabling firms to gain a competitive edge. Moreover, with the power of AI, firms can automate routine tasks, uncover actionable insights within vast data sets, and enhance client interaction strategies.
Why visit Lexpo?
Join us at Lexpo'25 for immersive sessions led by industry experts, exploring the latest DM, PM, and CRM technologies. Learn how automation, cloud solutions, AI-powered tools, and genAI technologies are reshaping how legal professionals manage, analyse, and retrieve documents, handle cases, and build lasting client relationships – unlocking operational agility and elevating client service.
Don’t miss this opportunity to transform your operations across all critical systems. Optimise processes, protect your data and empower your legal teams to work smarter and more collaboratively. Attend Lexpo'25 and embrace the future of legal innovation!
Dutch Bar Association
Dutch lawyers have the opportunity to earn points at Lexpo, contributing to the professional development requirements set by the Dutch Bar Association (Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten, NOvA). It's important to note that lawyers can earn 1 PO-point for every hour spent attending sessions at Lexpo, excluding any breaks. To ensure points are properly accredited, all participants must sign in upon arrival and sign out when leaving. Following the event, a Certificate of Attendance will be issued to all attendees.
The NOvA recognizes that lawyers are best positioned to determine which sessions at Lexpo enhance their professional competence. Thus, they have the autonomy to select sessions that align with their ongoing professional development needs.

Lexpo'25 themes
Back to Basics - Optimising Core Systems
Success begins with mastering core systems, whether you’re a law firm managing complex client matters or an in-house legal department supporting broader organisational objectives.
For law firms, core systems such as Document Management Systems (DMS), Practice Management Systems (PMS), and Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools play a central role in operations. These systems are essential for storing vital data, tracking workflows, and managing client relationships. Despite their importance, many firms struggle with fragmented or outdated systems, which can lead to inefficiencies and missed opportunities.
Similarly, in-house legal teams rely on foundational tools to support their operations. Systems like DMS for managing contracts and policies, Matter or Case Management Systems (CMS) for tracking tasks and budgets, and Legal Spend Management solutions for overseeing costs and vendor relationships are crucial. When these tools are optimised, in-house legal departments can streamline processes and provide greater value to their organisations.
Lexpo’25 will provide attendees with insights on how to evaluate and improve these systems effectively. Discussions will cover essential factors, including the choice between on-premises and cloud-based deployment, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency. This guidance will help law firms and in-house legal teams align their technology with their strategic objectives.
Building a Strong Information Architecture
With core systems in place, the next critical challenge is establishing a seamless flow of data across the organisation. A well-designed information architecture acts as the backbone of collaboration, compliance, and strategic decision-making, empowering organisations to unlock the full potential of their data.
Disorganised or siloed data can lead to inefficiencies, unreliable insights, and increased compliance risks, hindering overall growth. At Lexpo'25, participants will explore practical approaches to designing an information architecture that ensures data is clean, consistent, and interoperable. This robust structure not only facilitates the integration of core systems but also provides a solid foundation for adopting cutting-edge technologies such as AI and automation.
Attendees will discover how to future-proof their data infrastructure, enabling scalability as both their organisations and data volumes expand. Sessions will delve into best practices for aligning data governance frameworks with business objectives, ensuring that data remains accessible, secure, and actionable.
By mastering the principles of a strong information architecture, participants will be equipped to drive innovation, mitigate risks, and enhance organisational agility, creating a competitive advantage in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
To be announced...
The third Lexpo'25 theme will be announced in January.

The platform consists of three products: (1) Juristic Structure, a digital whiteboard; (2) Juristic Timeline, an automated timeline; and (3) Juristic Flow, a collaborative and visual project management tool. Designed in close collaboration with law and advisory firms, the products are uniquely applicable whether the goal is higher coverage or lower legal risk – or simply to make work life better for their employees.
In short, Juristic can transform the data and input in the tools into real client deliverables (document automation), e.g. an illustration for a 100-page legal report – or 500 emails into an interactive timeline that can be exported as a legal supporting appendix to the court. Or imagine legal structures automatically converting themselves into full PowerPoint slide decks with content.
Juristic has taken some of the legal methods that are already in use today and added an intelligent engine to these processes – and it even works across jurisdictions. In this way, the platform works across practice groups, which has been possible due to the team’s special composition with several trained lawyers with backgrounds from some of the top Danish law firms.
